13 Explorer Scouts and Network members spent 5 weeks in Belize over Christmas/New Year 2003/4. This was the fourth HSX expedition under this banner and while there the team constructed a new roof on a field base close to the remote community of Fireburn. Amongst all the hard work, they also found time to organise a Christmas party for local children and experience scuba diving around the world’s second largest coral reef.
